I’ve never driven before. Where do I start?
Let us know you are a first-time learner. Your instructor can begin with vehicle controls and basic handling, then introduce new skills as you become comfortable.
Can I learn in an automatic or manual car?
Yes. We offer both, with manual lessons available in selected suburbs. The instructor and vehicle will depend on your location and preferred time.
What do single lessons cost?
Daytime hourly rates are $87 for automatic and $115 for manual. Evening/weekend hourly rates are $105 for automatic and $133 for manual. See our pricing page for package options.
When are lessons available?
Daytime: Monday–Friday · 8 am–5 pm. Evening: Monday–Friday · 5 pm–7 pm. Weekend: Saturday–Sunday · 8 am–3 pm. All times are subject to instructor availability.
What does Lesson + Drive Test include?
A pre-test lesson and test vehicle hire. Daytime prices are $220 for automatic and $245 for manual. VicRoads fees are separate. Confirm the lesson duration, test location, timing and vehicle availability before booking.
What if I’m nervous?
Tell us what feels challenging. We can discuss an approach and pace that helps you work gradually on your confidence.
Can I have a refresher lesson?
Ask about a lesson focused on the skills or situations you want to practise, such as parking, traffic or returning to driving after a break.
Where will my lesson start?
Confirm the pick-up location with our team when you enquire. Arrangements depend on your suburb, instructor and lesson schedule.
What should I bring?
Ask our team which current licence or permit documentation you need for your circumstances. Bring your glasses or other aids if you use them for driving, and wear comfortable footwear suitable for the controls.
How do cancellations and package changes work?
Contact our team to confirm the current cancellation, rescheduling, package and refund terms before you book or pay.
Does an online enquiry confirm my booking?
No. Calling or emailing starts the conversation. Our team confirms your lesson time, price, instructor and booking terms directly with you.
