Washington’s Drive School L2P4U is committed to providing high-quality driving instruction and customer service. This refund policy explains how and when you can request a refund for our courses and services.

If we cancel a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel your enrollment, please review the conditions below.

• Before Course Start Date: Cancel at least 7 days before the course start date for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
• Within 7 Days of Course Start Date: Cancel within 7 days of the course start date for a 50% refund.
• After Course Start Date: No refunds will be issued once the course has started.

In case of a medical or family emergency, please contact us with appropriate documentation to request a refund. We also offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a future course date for a $15 fee.

The $25 processing fee and the $15 transfer fee are non-refundable.
